Jean Graham founded S.T.A.R. San Diego in 1972 as a chapter of the then-national Star Trek Association for Revival. It became a 300-member on-campus organization at SDSU, where it met for many years until going on-line in the 90s. It's now on Facebook with over 600 members, and holds yearly reunions. Jean chaired Equicon 75, featuring Gene Roddenberry and most of the original Trek cast. She also worked on many other con committees, including Westercon, Starcon, San Diego Comic-Con, and ConDor. She has authored short stories for Weirdbook and Mythic magazines, as well as for several anthologies such as Time of the Vampires, Killing It Softly II, and Space Opera Libretti, the latter featuring a Star Trek parody. Both her pro sales and her fan fiction can be found on her website at http://jeangraham.20m.com.
